My therapy style focuses alot on the importance of values, and why that can support you in the areas of your life. By processing through the topics that matter the most to you, you can examine how to work on parts of your life that you want to change.

Here are a few topics that values can support you in:

♥️Self-Worth - Do you feel impacted by what other people think about you? Do you make assumptions that people don’t see you in a positive light? Your typical interpretation of how you see yourself is shaped by how people interact with you. If you'd like to discuss the importance of self-love and ways to boost your confidence without letting others' opinions steal your joy, let’s talk.

🎭 Self-Identity - Do you ask yourself, 'Who am I?' The labels that you associate with you, and whether they allow you to go on the path that you would like to see. What kind of thoughts do you feed yourself with daily? We will explore how you perceive yourself versus how you believe others perceive you. Being authentic to yourself is essential in the process, and the clearer you are about your self-image, the smoother making decisions will be in life. If this is you, please don't hesitate to reach out.

🛑Boundary Setting - Do you need support in learning how to create or sustain your boundaries in your life? Are there areas where you feel guilty for setting them based on your current connections? Understanding boundaries will support you in achieving your goal, but if there are elements that hinder your ability to achieve this feat, it might be worth exploring in this space.

Purpose in Life - What are you called to do in this world? Do you feel like you are living up to what you hoped for, or would you like to see more changes? Are you in a season where you feel challenged because you don’t know what direction to go? The discussion about this impacts mental health, and understanding that there is a mission you want to achieve, as well as what it can do to you if you don’t reach it. 🤝Relationships-  Do you find yourself wanting deeper relationships but struggle because our values are different from those of others? Perhaps your relationships are not as fruitful because you struggle with communication, vulnerability, or self-expression. Therapy Rates

  • 50 Minutes - Individual Therapy Session: $ 120.00

Payment

  • If you complete self-pay, it will be through a platform called Therapynotes, where you can put your credit card on file.

  • If you are using insurance, it will be through Headway. However, you’ll also have to sign documents on Therapynotes before we begin the therapy process.

Cancellation Policy

  • I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you must pay the full cost of the session or meeting.

    Business Hours

  • My business hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. If you contact me outside of these hours, I will respond within 48 hours.

  • I can only provide therapy to individuals who live in the state of Missouri.
