I’m here to support your mental health needs! I offer consultations in various areas and would love to understand the specific support you seek. Each consultation lasts for 60 minutes, during which I will develop a follow-up plan tailored to the areas where you need help.

Talking about feelings is not easy—that’s a skill that has to be built, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with the right therapist. Although finding the right approach is part of the process, building a connection is the best way to work together effectively. Let’s figure out a way for you to lean into uncomfortable topics.

As with anything, trust is also an investment that can be established in therapy, and I take my time to ensure you are able to develop that trust. I understand that it must be earned. Therapy is a process, so depending on what you’re coming in for, you may need a few sessions to warm up. It’s okay! Remember, this is about you.

Sometimes, clients put too much pressure on themselves to be a certain way in therapy, and all I am asking for is for you to be yourself. No judgments for being unapologetically you.

I encourage you to ask me questions during our 10-minute consultation and throughout the process. I want you to feel empowered in this process, just as I ask you to be vulnerable. Your voice matters to me. You deserve a therapist who is genuinely committed to supporting you, and I’ll provide that encouragement every step of the way.

Therapy Rates

  • 50 Minutes - Individual Therapy Session: $ 120.00

Payment

  • If you complete self-pay, it will be through a platform called Therapynotes, where you can put your credit card on file.

  • If you are using insurance, it will be through Headway. However, you’ll also have to sign documents on Therapynotes before we begin the therapy process.

Cancellation Policy

  • I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you must pay the full cost of the session or meeting.

    Business Hours

  • My business hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. If you contact me outside of these hours, I will respond within 48 hours.

  • I can only provide therapy to individuals who live in the state of Missouri.

It’s essential to find the right work-life balance and communicate your needs effectively, all while keeping a smile on your face to support others. While this field can be exciting, it can also be challenging to manage, especially if you try to do it independently. You can’t forget to be human in your sea of responsibilities.

Once we connect, we will discuss some areas you’re working through to help you find satisfaction in your work. I can help you work through the following:

  • Understanding your purpose of being a therapist—supporting you in defining or redefining what it means for you to be in the therapy space.

  • Working through your work schedule, what kind of schedule you have been working off of, and what changes you would like to see made to fit your needs more appropriately.

  • Learning the language to talk to peers and staff in workspaces. Are there areas you would like to address that could make the therapy process smoother for you? I’ll help you find the confidence to increase your communication skills so you can find your voice to make your experience enjoyable.

  • If you’re constantly burned out from the role and need support, consider what strategies can help you find ways to cope better. Although sometimes it feels hard to make those changes, there are ways to reduce the daily stressors.
